1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment to secure your spot. Final payment is required prior to the start of your experience. Payment details will be provided upon booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the experience will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. In the event of weather-related changes or safety concerns, we will do our best to reschedule or offer a suitable alternative.
3. Weather Policy
Some experiences are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe, we will notify you as early as possible and reschedule or adjust the itinerary accordingly. Safety is our top priority.
4. Liability
All participants are required to sign a waiver before taking part in any activities. While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, participation is at your own risk. Wildventures and its partners are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings.
5. Activity Changes
We reserve the right to change or modify the itinerary based on weather, group size, or operational needs. We’ll always aim to offer a replacement of equal value.
6. Accommodation Assistance
While we are happy to assist in booking accommodation, Wildventures is not responsible for the policies, pricing, or service quality of third-party lodging providers.
7. Minimum Group Sizes
Some experiences require a minimum number of participants to run (e.g., group sound healing). We will notify you in advance if a session cannot proceed due to low numbers and provide alternatives.

When activities are provided by our trusted partners, their terms and conditions may also apply.
