2. How do I book a Wildventure experience?
You can book directly through our website by filling out the inquiry form on the Bookings page. Once we receive your details, we’ll be in touch to get all necessary info from you to give you a quote.

3. Can I customize my own adventure?
Yes! We offer fully personalized experiences. You can choose from our activity list or let us know what you’re after, and we’ll curate a custom itinerary just for you. All you have to do is sit back and relax.

4. Do I need experience to join the activities?
Not at all. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned adventurer, our experiences are guided and can be tailored to your skill level.

5. What’s included in the packages?
Each package includes activity coordination, gear (where needed), transport between scheduled stops, and local guides. Some also include meals or café stops, details will be shared when booking.

6. Do you offer family-friendly experiences?
Yes! We have Family Packages designed for both full family adventures and separate itineraries for parents and kids. Safety and fun are always a priority.

7. What should I bring?
Depending on your activity, we’ll let you know what to pack. Essentials often include sunscreen, activewear, water, and swim gear. We’ll send a checklist before your experience.

8. What if there’s no wind for kiting?
No problem! We always have backup options. From coastal hikes to snorkeling, SUP yoga, or sightseeing – we’ll make sure your day is still packed with adventure.

9. Can you help with accommodation?
Yes! We can recommend and book accommodation pre-arrival to align with your itinerary.

10. What’s your cancellation policy?
We offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Within 7 days, we’ll try to reschedule or provide credit toward a future booking.
